Send the worksheet's web address and the question number. Answer keys are the thing most worth getting right on this site, so these are fixed first, and the sheet is pulled if it cannot be fixed.
A question has two defensible answers
Grammar has real grey areas, and a question that admits two answers is a bad question even when the key is not exactly wrong. Tell us which sentence and we will rewrite or remove it.
You need a worksheet that does not exist
Tell us the grade, the skill and the topic. If it is something other people will want too, it goes on the list and is usually published within a few days.
You want to use the worksheets somewhere specific
Classroom and home use needs no permission. Anything else — a school website, a printed workbook, a tutoring service — ask first and we will usually say yes.

What is already here, before you ask for it
There are 82 worksheets on GrammarSheets, across eight skills and kindergarten, grade 1, grade 2, grade 3, grade 4, grade 5, grade 6, grade 7 and grade 8. Largest first: sentence structure (11), parts of speech (11), pronoun usage (10) and comma rules (10). Most "can you make one for X" requests turn out to be published already under a heading the asker did not think to check.
Every topic in the catalog has at least one sheet, so a request is most useful now for a different grade of an existing topic rather than for a new one.
What happens to what you send
A correction is acted on rather than filed. Sheets here are drafted by an AI model against a fixed set of content rules, which means the failure mode is a plausible-looking error rather than an obvious one: an answer key that is defensible but not the best answer, an example sentence that is ambiguous, a question pitched a grade above the rest of its sheet. Those are what somebody teaching from the sheet notices and an automated check does not — which is why the address is on this page at all.
There is no contact form, and that is deliberate rather than lazy. A form means fields, and fields mean collecting and storing what you typed. The privacy policy says this site holds nothing about its visitors, and a form would make that untrue to save you opening a mail client. The address itself is assembled in your browser rather than printed in the page's HTML, which keeps it away from the harvesters that scrape addresses by pattern-matching served markup.
